Careful with one arm pushups. I did them wrong and had to have my elbow reconstructed after a couple sets. Do not roll your shoulder. So dangerous. did not hurt While incurring injury. Major problems after.

P. S. Love your book. Thanks

Thanks, happy that you enjoy the book!

I'm careful with the one-arm push ups, spent quite some time to build them up. I performed my first one around 2013, so they are a regular part of my training routine now. However, I did drastically increase the number of reps in the past couple of months.

Man, the article is great. I feel that MSE decomposition is very logic, yet an elegant result. But, more importantly, ow can you do one arm pushup? I am training it since a year with barely noticeable results!

Props for the effort you put into your body and mental training as well then!

Thanks! It's probably genetics. Push exercises come easy for me. I can do one-arm pushups while lifting the same leg up from the ground, which is supposed to be extremely hard, but feels almost trivial.
